3) To request a return for a wrong order, please visit www.dashme.org/contactus. You will need to provide your order number and email address associated with that order.
4) The Item must be returned in the same condition as in which it was received, and where applicable, with all tags and labels still attached.
5) Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
6) Once your item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
7) Due to the nature of DashMe, items will either be swapped for your original purchase or another item of the same value and similar item.
8) If the item is unavailable you will be contacted to request a new item.
